Welcome to the Collegiate Neuroscience Society (CNS) at Georgia State University (GSU)!
 |
The Collegiate Neuroscience Society (CNS) is a club for all undergraduate, post-baccalaureate and masters students at Georgia State University who share an interest in neuroscience. We aim to provide the means for students to get involved in the neuroscience community at GSU and the Atlanta area. Neuroscience is one of the fasted growing science fields, and Atlanta is one of the largest centers of neuroscience research. With this great resource, we can make a difference in GSU student's education by 1. research opportunities and academic development toward neuroscience careers 2. providing professional development activities and social contact with scientists, information, and educational resources and 3. Promoting public information and general education as well as volunteer and community service opportunities. Of course, we also aim to have fun. Our faculty advisor is
Dr. Kyle Frantz, Department of Biology.
