Getting involved in neuroscience extracurriculars

The CNS has a number of great neuroscience-based activities. These include:

• Hosting speakers to talk about current topics in neuroscience and their experiences.

• Hosting neuroscience-themed movie nights at Cinefest Film Theatre, GSU’s own campus movie theatre. Want to suggest a movie for our next event? Email us at gsuneuroscience@gmail.com  

• Travel awards to local and national conferences, such as South East Nerve Net, and the Society for Neuroscience

• Workshops on Curriculum Vitae’s and graduate school

• Field trips to the zoo.

• Monthly tours of neuroscience laboratories at GSU.

• Montly parties for CNS members.
