This form will notify Barry Grant that you need maintenance service. If you need immediate assistance, please call him at extension 404-413-5320 or call his cell at 404-405-0500. For emergencies such as electrical outages, floods and or water leaks, lights out call the GSU Help Desk @ (404) 413-0700 and notify Barry Grant in additon for floods and leaks
